  OPINION LEVELS   In my opinion, there are two basic levels of spiritual and or psychological operation, even though there may be many more and different categorisations, but for the purpose of this opinion, two broad levels will be looked at. The first is what me who write this physically refer to as the LEGALITY level. Those who operate at this level are very conscious of spiritual legality and right and wrong. Amongst these people there are those who leverage this for good and those who leverage this for evil. What this level places emphasis on is whether something is right or wrong; a person is innocent or guilty; something is true or false. Both types of people operating at this level recognise this. However, those who use it for good protect themselves and their people if they are leaders because they are able to refuse enforcing decisions and actions which are wrong, which punish the innocent and which are false.
