This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Wednesday 31st December 2025 there were no less than 640 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. PWC002731122025 WEDNESDAY 31st December 2025 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here for Wednesday 31st December 2025. Some of the water that was saved for recycling water used in the kitchen was kept in a large container outside through some specially constructed piping reaching the drum directly.  There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen. Some water was used from a container to water some plants on Wednesday 31st December 2025 and recycled water was also used to water some plants which was recycled water from Tuesday 30th December 2025. The amount of water recycled and conserved on Wednesday 31st December 2025 outside the kitchen is  17.656  Litres. The device is on but not discharging electrical power. That is wrong and illegal and shall not prevail. This occurred on the evening of Monday 7th July, 2025 sometime after 9pm and prior to 9.30pm and even up till the end of the date of this report and the commencement of the day after this report, the main solar device in this residence is not discharging electrical power for 4, 247.5 hours that is four thousand two hundred and forty-seven and a half hours.  The legal law generally prohibits unauthorized or deliberate switching off of power supply in residences, with penalties for such actions. HACKERS AND ROGUE SECURITY AGENTS PUT SOME PICTURES FROM THE PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION OUTSIDE RECYCLED WATER CONTAINER READING FROM MY PHONE WHICH WAS MADE TO INTENTIONALLY MALFUNCTION ON MONDAY 29TH DECEMBER 2025 ON THIS PHONE TO TRY TO IMPLICATE  The hackers and rogue security agents tried to be clever by somehow putting some of the images from the morning of Monday 29th December 2025 on this phone. This is not feasible because the images were on the phone that they caused the screen to malfunction in such a manner as not to work.
