This attack is from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence.  SPD005831012026 Saturday 31st JANUARY 2026 SOLAR POWER DEVICE  The solar power device power discharging has been illegally switched off from outside this compound a clear indication that those doing that do not want this compound to have complete lighting and power. The device is on but not discharging electrical power. That is wrong and illegal and shall not prevail. This occurred on the evening of Monday 7th July, 2025 sometime after 9pm and prior to 9.30pm and even up till the end of the date of this report and the commencement of the day after this report, the main solar device in this residence is not discharging electrical power for 4,991.5 hours that is four thousand nine hundred and ninety-one and a half hours.  The legal law generally prohibits unauthorized or deliberate switching off of power supply in residences, with penalties for such actions.   PWC005831012026 SATURDAY 31st January 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container.  There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen. Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is  15.741  Litres. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance.
