LEVELS
In my opinion, there are two basic levels of spiritual and or psychological operation, even though there may be many more and different categorisations, but for the purpose of this opinion, two broad levels will be looked at.
The first is what me who write this physically refer to as the LEGALITY level. Those who operate at this level are very conscious of spiritual legality and right and wrong. Amongst these people there are those who leverage this for good and those who leverage this for evil.
What this level places emphasis on is whether something is right or wrong; a person is innocent or guilty; something is true or false. Both types of people operating at this level recognise this. However, those who use it for good protect themselves and their people if they are leaders because they are able to refuse enforcing decisions and actions which are wrong, which punish the innocent and which are false. In this form, they prevent spiritual legality gaps that can be used to disadvantage themselves and their people.
The other category uses this same level for evil. They know that something is wrong, and they still support that. They know that a person is innocent and they still punish the person. They know that something is false, and they still encourage people to do that. This is usually because they want to incriminate those people. So, once they are able to get people to think that they can do these things, especially without consequence, then they are able to have some influence over those people which may not be good influence. What they do is to take advantage of the very spiritual legality gaps created when their target people commit these very crimes against other people. Through ruthlessness and sheer aggression, they are able to impose penalties on those whom they have lured into acting in this manner. In this way, they use this level for evil and, unfortunately, may sometimes even appear more powerful and influential.
The lower level is what me who write this physically refer to as 'DO ME, I DO YOU'. This level is the level that encourages revenge, impunity, injustice, jungle justice and other forms of illegal and or improper self-justice; it also encourages what me who write this physically refer to as 'anyhow'. That is things can be done anyhow as long as the purpose is achieved. Me who write this physically do not support that. This leads people to perpetual retribution against each other, sometimes even in the same family, tribe, nation and other demographical classifications.
What this level does is to expose those doing this to continuous spiritual legality gaps which are continuously exploited by those who operate at the LEGALITY level. This exploitation is usually by those who use the LEGALITY level for evil, but those who use it for good can also have leverage over the 'DO ME, I DO YOU' level, though they would use that leverage for some noble and legal purpose.
The people who use the LEGALITY level, especially for evil, use a formidable weapon which makes the 'DO ME, I DO YOU' level comply over and over again. That is the tool of 'delayed legal justice'. Because the people operating at the 'DO ME, I DO YOU' level are not criminally punished for committing crimes on time, they come to the conclusion that they can get away with their crimes and therefore keep on committing those crimes. They cast off restraint. This is exactly what those using the LEGALITY level for evil want. In this way, people keep committing crimes and blaming some person or persons or even a number. What they need to know is that something is happening as they do that. While there may be no real legal justice for their evil individually, for many people, perhaps their entire people or entire nation may be inching closer to some form of situation which may have a large collective impact after which there will be legal justice but by that time, the people operating 'DO ME, I DO YOU' would have been practically defeated which is the ultimate intention of the people who use the LEGALITY level for evil.
In this manner, the people are conquered in one way or the other and then those who orchestrated that enforce strict legal justice such that illegality is mostly not permitted.
For instance, during the rise and operation of Nazism in some parts of Europe, especially in Germany prior to the end of World War Two in 1945, some of the Nazis, by their conduct, were of the opinion that they could do anything and nothing would happen. Some people who did not agree with that were eliminated. However, this eventually resulted in the Holocaust. My understanding and me who write this physically say this only based on my level of knowledge of this at this time, which is infinitesimal compared to available knowledge on this. My understanding is that the Holocaust was not an intentional premeditated crime from the very beginning by some of the German Nazis at the time, but an intentional reactionary crime. This means that this crime occurred because those in charge at that time in the Nazi regime came to the conclusion that, such was the only way to achieve their objectives based on the prevailing circumstances. This is a terrible instance of this. But what it shows very clearly is that legal and transparent justice always prevails.
A similar situation occurred in Rwanda in 1994. However, it started long before that. The Tutsis thought that cruelty to the Hutus during colonialism was something they would get away with. However, the post-colonial situation proved that this was not the actual situation. However, since the Hutus also did not pursue so much of legal and transparent justice, they got in a similar position to that of the Tutsis. What really affected some of the Hutus was not so much their dislike for Tutsis, but what really did the trick was the fact they came to hold the opinion that there would be no consequences for committing crimes against the Tutsis. In my opinion, that was where the battle was also lost from a psychological strategic perspective.
If research is done legally and accurately, it will be discovered that there are people, entities and or interests who reassured the Nazis and the Hutus that they could do what they were doing and 'nothing would happen'. Those are the people operating at the LEGALITY level who used that to disadvantage those people even though it appeared to the people as reassurance. In the situation of the Tutsis, they were empowered by the then colonial administration. However, based on information available to me the Tutsis with colonial backing did not commit the sorts of crimes in many instances as those committed against them years and decades later. This does not focus on the depth of crimes committed but makes it clear that people throw caution to the wind because they are made to think that they can do that and freely commit crimes.
The following is a quote from a statement made by Valerie Bemeriki at the United Nations, International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) established in 1994.
'I CALLED FOR THE HUTUS TO KILL TUTSIS. I HAD TO DISCLOSE ON AIR THE PLACES WHERE THEY WERE HIDING. THE ORGANIZATION OF THE GENOCIDE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH. WE RECEIVED INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR LOCATIONS AT ALL LEVELS. ON THE RADIO WE EXPLAINED THAT THE TUTSIS WERE HIDING SO THEY COULD ATTACK THE HUTUS. WE MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. WE WERE NOT VIGILANT. YES, WE BELIEVED WHAT OUR AUTHORITIES SAID. WE TRUSTED THEM. WE ADMIT THAT WE HAVE SINNED, SO TODAY WE KNEEL AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS.'
Therefore, the purpose of this write-up is to save people from this calamity if they want to be saved and, hopefully, remind people that crimes are crimes, and they will be legally, humanely and transparently adjudicated at some point in legal Courts of Law.
It is also important to make it clear that this really has nothing to do with economic or societal status. A person who is selling vegetables in the market may operate at the LEGALITY level because the person chooses to understand spiritual legality. On the other hand, an elected leader of a nation may operate at the 'DO ME, I DO YOU' level and plunge a nation completely into avoidable crisis.
The simple way to understand all this in a few words is to recognise that, 'if something is wrong it is wrong and if it is right it is right.' Irrespective of whether a person does that thing or not, the important point is to recognise what it truly is. This way, the person is not deceived. Once a person escapes deception, then the odds of avoiding crises and being saved are much higher.
