OBSERVATION 


Some months ago when me who write this physically went to meet a health expert to have an abdominal scan. The health expert put the equipment straight at a spot on the left side of my stomach and asked me who write this physically if me who write this physically felt any pain and me who write this physically said it was quite painful. This was in the area where the heat wave torture has been applied on me very many times since year 2024.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
