ELECTIONS' RESULTS SHOULD NOT BE CONTESTED ON THE STREETS BUT IN COURTS IF ANY LEGAL CANDIDATE DESIRES THAT
My opinion on election results has been the same for decades. When an election result is contested or a candidate or some candidates do not trust the results declared and the winner returned, then this needs to be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction established and constituted by Law in such a manner as to secure its independence and impartiality in a timely manner. This should be allowed to be legally adjudicated to the highest legal court of Law that has jurisdiction to resolve such cases if those involved desire that.
Doubts about election results are not resolved on the streets but in the courts.
Legal governments across the Universe should legally advocate for proper, just and transparent legal adjudication of Election disputes otherwise such governments may be seen as trying to destabilise the affected location or locations.
What concerned legal governments can do is to help make the legal proceedings as transparent as possible including live coverage to help ensure that judges and others involved are not swayed to decide unlawfully in any manner or form.
