PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION

Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report. 

Some of the water that was saved for recycling water used in the kitchen was kept in a large container outside through some specially constructed piping reaching the drum directly. 

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.

Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants. 

The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 6.630 Litres.


OBSERVATION

Approximately 5.9 Litres of recycled water was poured into the outside container through the piping which has a water reading of 6.630 Litres, a difference of approximately 0.730 Litres.  

The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 28.911 Litres. 


The amount of water recycled and conserved is 6.630 Litres + 28.911 Litres = approximately 35.541 Litres.

If this water were not being recycled in this way it would go straight to the gutter and then to the ground outside the building but within the compound.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants.
