This attack is directly from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

This is causing a windy and very intense discomfort at my buttocks.

Aggressive spiritual and or psychological wrapping of my brain using some sort of flexible nylon for some hours. This shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

This is cruel and inhumane, illegal and a gross violation of my fundamental Human rights.

This occurred for hours and was a latex plastic wrapping of me from head to toes. This felt biologically very uncomfortable and it took several hours to think straight in sequence and in a timely manner. Me who write this physically took much more time to make my thoughts and writings coherent. 

This is completely inhumane and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

OBSERVATION: It is very important to state that yesterday morning while me who write this physically was in the kitchen a nylon material was put on the floor which was strange in my opinion. It was clearly meant for trash. Me who write this physically however stepped on part of it. The entire wrapping attack was with a latex material but appearing also as a form of nylon.

This was cruel aggression including arms cutting attacks on both arms at the shoulders, head cutting attacks including complete decapitation with sharp object showing the cut flesh as well as repeated and continuous aggression attacks continuously for some time. This aggression is cruel and not permitted. This attack is directly from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound. 

This caused multiple spiritual and or psychological deaths of me who write this physically. 

This is also a premeditated attack by the perpetrators especially from the mentioned compound. Sometime ago they applied intense psychological pressure on me while working in the garden to try to implicate but that did not prevail.
