INTENTIONAL DELAY IN POSTING A TWEET AND OTHER POSTING ACTIVITIES BY HACKERS AND ROGUE SECURITY AGENTS

Thursday 26th February 2026 

This day there have been intentional delays and disruptions by the hackers and rogue security agents. This is one of them.

2. Hackers and rogue security agents also made the text of a post to Tweet differently from how me who write this physically wrote and saved it. 




3. Intentional delay in making a post at 11.59am which was eventually posted at 12.00pm this day. 


Hackers and rogue security agents intentionally prevented the above Tweet from posting at 11.59am and made it post at 12.00pm on Thursday 26th February 2026. It is important to legally and accurately determine in a timely manner their reason or reasons for doing that.

4. The hackers and the rogue security agents made the screen on a post to be grey which me who write this physically did not know how to remove that which required opening a new compose page and extricating the text which required reformatting of the text. This caused even more delays. 







5. There were some other disruptions as well, all of which were intended to cause time delays and precipitate error. For instance hackers and rogue security agents illegally used a pop-up to prevent accessing YouTube to upload any video which was eventually overcome. 


6. The hackers and rogue security agents prevented a Tweet from posting at prior to 2pm using some more disruptions which are written here. 

This was posted at 1.59pm despite some intentional disruptions from hackers and rogue security agents. There were no less than three disruptions.

7. The hackers and rogue security agents used a pop-up to freeze the screen and made the pop-up come up very frequently to make typing and using the display time consuming and arduous. 


8. Prevented the timely pasting of the post details to the Tweet which already had the addresses written.


9. The hackers and rogue security agents were also showing me a Tweet which had the same information other than the addresses posted at 1.56pm.

They usually do this to boast that they have affected that post in some way as regards its actualisation. That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

10. Very intense psychological pressure was imposed on me during this period especially at the point of posting by the hackers and rogue security agents. 

11. Intentional deletion of text multiple times. 

12. Intentional typing on the display multiple times. 

All this was done despite the hackers and rogue security agents made part of my phone screen disabled and non-responsive for some days now. 

It is clear that the hackers and rogue security agents acted on the instructions of their sponsors to disrupt the posts as well as posting them. The intent of that shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
