MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK 

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Monday 2nd February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner. 

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing of text. 

Illegal and compulsory verification of Election Monitor on Monday 2nd February 2026. 

While trying to edit and save the video of the illegal and compulsory verification, the hackers and rogue security agents prevented it from being saved despite the fact that there was sufficient space. After me who write this physically created some more space, the hackers and rogue security agents deleted the video so that it could not be edited and put in this report. They have done this at prior times. This is intentional deletion of evidence by hackers and rogue security agents on my own phone and that is crime. 

The hackers and rogue security agents don't want it shown that they are doing this activity because they know that it is illegal. 


This video shows that there is no distinction between the 31st January 2026 and 1st February 2026 screen videos from the phone demarcating numbering system. This is very important. Yesterday as seen on the phone during the preparation of this report refers to 2nd February 2026. 


Hackers and rogue security agents did not allow my image and name to post on the first attempt. 



Hackers and rogue security agents made upside down a video reading of the recycled water in a basin in the kitchen for 1st February 2026. 


SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

MALICIOUS PROSECUTION

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN 

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
