MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK 

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Thursday 12th February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner. 

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing of text. 

Illegal and compulsory verification of Election Monitor on Twitter X on Thursday 12th February 2026. 




Hackers and rogue security agents put alphabets on some addresses to intentionally precipitate error.

The hackers and rogue security agents clearly put an alphabet on one of the addresses as seen above.

However, this was not done by me. The immediate prior posting to the same set of addresses was at 5.31pm on Wednesday 11th February 2026. From that time till the time of the above posting at 12.08am on Thursday 12th February 2026, the addresses were in the notepad and were not posted to, other than an attempt at 11.47pm on 11th February 2026 which was disrupted by hackers and rogue security agents. Therefore it is the intentional disruption by the hackers and rogue security agents that is directly responsible for the additional letter on the address. This is very clear. 

It is also very clear that the hackers and rogue security agents intentionally prevented me who write this physically from making this post completely at 11.47pm on Wednesday 11th February 2026 by disrupting the post while me who write this physically was still trying to input all the addresses. This resulted in only two batches of addresses in the set of addresses posted while the third part was not posted. It is during this time that the hackers and rogue security agents put a single alphabet on one of the addresses on the third batch of this set of addresses which was done intentionally to precipitate error.

Hackers and rogue security agents prevented posting to some of these adddresses the first time but the post was eventually successful at 12.08am on Thursday 12th February 2026.

Hackers and rogue security agents made the first video of the inside recycled  water reading upside down. 


INTENTIONAL SLOW UPLOADING OF A VIDEO ON THURSDAY 12TH FEBRUARY 2026

This is done by hackers and rogue security agents. 





Hackers and rogue security agents put the phone clock backwards by one hour to 1.59am which was observed by me who write this physically at 2.59am on Thursday 12th February 2026. The intent of this nefarious criminality is very clear. 


Me who write this physically could not access the Internet for some minutes early in the afternoon. This was done intentionally by hackers and rogue security agents. There was intense thought imposition prior to and during this. That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN 

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants.
