MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK 

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Sunday 15th February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner. 

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing of text. 

Illegal and compulsory verification of Election Monitor on Twitter X on Sunday 15th February 2026. 


Intentional switch off of phone at 28% charge in the early hours of the morning. This was done by hackers and rogue security agents.

Logged out of Twitter X account by hackers and rogue security agents. 

Was able to log back in. 



Could not access Internet for approximately 30 minutes. This was done intentionally by hackers and rogue security agents. 

A post was posted a second time but failed to post. This second posting was not done by me who write this physically.

Opening the posting blog page took over 30 minutes and several attempts after 8pm on Sunday 15th February 2026. This is an observation. 


SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

MALICIOUS PROSECUTION

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN 

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
