MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK 

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Saturday 21st February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner. 

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing of text. 

Illegal and compulsory verification of Election Monitor on Twitter X on Saturday 21st February 2026.



Used illegal and compulsory verification to prevent first posting to some addresses. 




Intentionally switched off my phone to distract no less than two times during the day. 

Hackers and rogue security agents switched off my other phone to distract, imposed psychological pressure and made the time to move to the next minute faster. This was posted at 11.56am.

Prevented posting of some incident reports during the day by serious intentional disruption of my phone. This is desperation and a complete contravention of my fundamental Human rights as a user of telecommunications services.

VIOLENT SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEAD SMASHING MURDER ATTACKS AGAINST ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY

Hackers and rogue security agents prevented me who write this physically from making two additional posts prior to 11.59.59pm on Saturday 21st February 2026 because of their desperate efforts to prevent their atrocities committed against me from being known.

They did this by making the phone screen non-responsive and switching off my other phone to distract.

That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN 

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
