MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK 

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Monday 23rd February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner. 

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text in several instances, which caused delays. This was done especially to Twitter X address lists. This meant taking the addresses directly from the posts, which caused more delays and, with the screen not completely functional, was much more arduous.

Intentional typing of text several times. These instances caused disruptions, especially when me who write this physically had selected text for pasting.

Me who write this physically have been unable to use my entire clavier in a single position for some days. Part of the screen has been disabled. This made it very difficult and or time-consuming to compose a single spiritual and or psychological incident report which took some hours to compile. Me who write this physically usually write no less than 3 or more incident reports a day. The clear intent of the hackers and rogue security agents and those sponsoring them is to prevent me who write this physically from reporting the attacks against me who write this physically. 

Illegal and compulsory verification of Election Monitor on Twitter X on Monday 23rd February 2026.

Putting the time clock back by one hour in one instance and then in another instance within a few hours after 5pm. In the latter instance, this delayed the commencement of an activity by one hour. In the first instance, it made pictures which were taken later appear prior to pictures which were taken earlier, which caused some delay and confusion in locating the pictures.This is wrong and illegal.

When some pictures were taken by me who write this physically in the garden, it was not feasible to actually open and see some of the pictures to check if they were alright. 

The hackers and the rogue security agents made the picture of the outside water reading not to be clear, despite me who write this physically took several pictures of the reading. 

The Google File icon was strangely kept in a part of the screen that was disabled, which made it not feasible to access the files. This was done intentionally because, prior to this, all earlier in the day me who write this physically was able to access the Files' folder when me who write this physically wanted to. Me who write this physically, was eventually able to access the Google Files folder after wasting some minutes, which, from what me who write this physically heard in the backyard garden, was not pleasing to the hackers and rogue security agents. They wanted it to waste more time. It is clear that this increased aggression and cruelty is because me who write this physically recently wrote about some crimes against humanity and this is meant to not only try to precipitate error but to criminally punish and discourage further writing of such. That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

MALICIOUS PROSECUTION

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN 

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.
