MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK
Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Friday 27th February 2026 there were no less than 644 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.
This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.
Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.
Things that were done are as below:
Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50
Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500
Intentional deletion of text.
Intentional typing of text.
Switched off my mobile phone no less than two times.
Some parts of the screen are still disabled and non-responsive.
The sound on the phone has been switched off since some time after 7pm on Friday 27th February 2026 till the end of the day. This was done intentionally by hackers and rogue security agents. It is important to note that the hackers and rogue security agents have used some sophisticated technology to intentionally damage and prevent the functioning of some of my prior wired headphones no less than 3 times. As regards the wireless headphones, the hackers and rogue security agents have used their sophisticated technology to make a very loud screeching sound in the headphones repeatedly, sometimes dozens of times and sometimes scores of times a day. It makes listening to anything on the earphones torturous as well as being precarious for the wellbeing of my ears. Even at that me who write this physically put the phone on my chest under a tight vest, and it is not feasible that this could have been a disturbance, because me who write this physically could not hear so clearly at all times, especially when fetching water to water plants or when using the shovel on the soil to transplant existing plants and plant new plants.

My phone was charging and had gotten to 75% charge and then started discharging to 55% charge whilst still plugged into the charger. This was sometime from 7pm to after 8pm inside this residence compound. Me who write this physically later tried to charge the phone but it would not charge even till the time of writing. This was done intentionally by the hackers and rogue security agents who want to make the phone non-functional. That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.
In addition, while in the garden working and listening to my phone, some hackers and rogue security agents kept changing what was playing to something else. This occurred repeatedly no less than 3 times as well. This is wrong and illegal and also a contravention of my fundamental human rights and legal rights as a user of telecommunications services.
Every single person responsible for all this, including the switching off of the sound on the same phone, is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.
The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.
ANOTHER OBSERVATION: It is important to note that while writing about the sound being switched off on my phone there were some very loud screen door hitting and slamming noises from outside this compound at around 5am which is rather queer. This was specifically by some persons from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.
Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.
SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN
Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.
