MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my usingat my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Thursday 12th March 2026 there were no less than 647 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing of text. 

One of my phones is still somewhat slow to type correctly as some numbers appear when other numbers are typed. 

Intentional switching off of my phone a number of times. 

The sound for playing programmes and online streaming on this phone is still not working which was done by hackers and rogue security agents intentionally some days ago. 

The first two videos of the outside water reading for Thursday 12th March 2026 were mostly green fill colour which was strange. The third video attempt of the reading was clear at the time of making the recording but when it was time to post the report it was not clear. There was some challenge with the external memory card at the time but it is not clear what actually caused this to occur. This did not occur with the inside water reading even though the same external memory card was used. This makes me have the strong opinion that this was the handiwork of hackers and rogue security agents. The aerial photograph of the outside water container was deleted.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance. - 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.
