MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK


Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my usingat my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On Monday 16th March 2026 there were no less than 647 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing. 

Switching on the phone of my other phone with lines on the screen is quite arduous and it is not clear how this occurred. The screen was fixed in the evening but the phone is not charging properly. 

Intentional switching off of my phone a number of times. This is used by hackers and rogue security agents to disrupt using that phone. That shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

The sound for playing programmes and online streaming on another phone is still not working which was done by hackers and rogue security agents intentionally some days ago. 

Hackers and rogue security agents snapping the pictures of the reading of the inside recycled water container for Sunday 15th March 2026 even when me who write this physically had not taken each picture. This occurred no less than 3 times. 

Some of the videos showing the prevention of credit loading on this phone on Sunday 15th March 2026 are as follows.




Hackers and rogue security agents made this phone to slowly upload and even prevented the Internet access around 3.50pm on Monday 16th March 2026 which prevented the posting of the Practical Water Conservation report for Sunday 15th March 2026. This was effected directly from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

Some phone calls were made on this line to some numbers which start with 4 and which can be seen in the picture. There some costs as observered by me who write this physically. This occurred on Sunday 15th March 2026.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance. That screen is permanently damaged. - 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.


SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants.
