MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On this day there were no less than 647 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing. 

Hackers and rogue security agents highlighted a portion of text in order to try to delete that text. That was thwarted and shall not prevail through, any means, manner or form. They use that method at times to try to avoid showing that they are responsible but they are responsible and that is made known legally and  accurately in a timely manner. 

Physical phone credit was stolen from my locked room and was discovered by me who write this physically on Sunday 29th March 2026 when me who write this physically needed to load my phone. Me who write this physically had loaded my phone with credit on Saturday 28th March 2026 as well. Therefore it is arduous to keep credit on my phone and also on physical paper in a locked room. This is criminal conduct and illegality. This is highly unjust. 

My phone was switched off without showing the 20% or 10% warning which means that no less than 20% to 30% phone charge was lost, destroyed and effectively stolen. This was earlier in the day. 

My phone was discharged unusually quickly from over 40% to no charge and switched off but going through numbers with a more even spacing. This is another method to do the same thing. This was done by hackers and rogue security agents. For instance me who write this physically was able to screen record this in the following under 33 second video showing the battery percentage which was dissipated from 25% to 22% in just over half a minute despite the phone was on Ultra Power Saving Mode. This was in the evening. 

While this was occurring there were unusually and very loud intentional screen door hitting and slamming noises over 10 times from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

In comparison the following video which is a 33 second video, shows the charge going from 15% to 14% in 4 minutes and 49 seconds, almost 5 minutes on the same phone earlier in the day prior to charging. That is the same phone worked and dissipated one third of the charge that is just 1% over a time period that was 8.865 times as long which means that the 1% charge dissipated 26.595 times as fast when intentionally drained than when allowed to function normally without hindrance which in percentage terms is 2,659.5%. 

When trying to upload short videos sometimes it was arduous to proceed to the posting stage. This occurred a few times but was eventually completely resolved. It is not clear what caused this to occur. 

Hackers and rogue security agents made the first video recording for the practical water conservation recycled water reading to be upside down which required making another video which was upright. 

The report was prepared in the early hours of the morning of Sunday 29th March 2026 for Saturday 28th March 2026 recycled water reading.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance. - 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.
