BREAKING AND DESTRUCTIVE SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ATTACKS ON MY LEGS CAUSING INTENSE AND SERIOUS BIOLOGICAL PAINS

Occurred on Sunday 29th to prior to 3am on Monday 30th March 2026

Written on Monday 30th March 2026 

Breaking and destructive spiritual and or psychological attacks on my legs causing intense biological pains. This attack first occured after 10pm on Sunday 29th March 2026 and then again prior to 3am on Monday 30th March 2026. 

The pain is still felt biologically very intensely by me, who write this physically 5 hours after the first attack and even more painfully at the time of writing, and still very intense. 

The perpetrators are trying to destroy bravery. They want our people to be docile and defenceless and have no strong and humane people to stand for us. That is what is happening. This is a pre-violence aggression and that shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

These attacks caused the spiritual and or psychological deaths of me who write this physically. These are also genocidal murder attacks causing considerable deaths. 

These attacks are from outside this compound, the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.

The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

These are spiritual and or psychological attacks and not physical attacks but are causing me who write this physically intense biological pains in my knees and legs and increased temperature in my entire physique and a burning pain. This is causing me who write this physically tremendous lethargy and fatigue. This is very cruel and very wrong.

AGGRESSIVE SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEAD-CUTTING ATTACK AGAINST ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY

There has been a spiritual and or psychological head-cutting attack murder against me who write this physically by perpetrators from outside this compound. 

This showed the image of a personality.

This occured sometimes from Saturday 28th to Sunday 29th March 2026.

This attack was perpetrated from outside this compound, directly from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.

The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

This is a spiritual and or psychological attack and not a physical attack, but caused me who write this physically biological pains in my neck. 

It is important to legally and accurately determine in a timely manner if there are any associations between the perpetrators of the attack and the image imposed during the attack.

There have been violent and aggressive spiritual and or psychological tying, snake and serpent attacks against me who write this physically. 

These attacks are effected actually by spiritual and or psychological personalities and those who hijacked the spiritual and or psychological snake. 

The perpetrators are several people.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
