MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK


Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On this day there were no less than 647 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 50

Deleted words in the use of my phones - 500

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing. 

The hackers and rogue security agents made some of the uploads on the blogpost appear at the bottom of the screen and not at the point of upload. This causes time waste and makes report preparation more arduous. 





Hackers and rogue security agents switched my phone off with no 20% and or 10% warnings. The videos actually show that the phone dissipated over 2% charge from 47% to 45% in over 3 minutes which is fast and then the hackers and rogue security agents shut the phone off at 45% charge at 4.57pm on Tuesday 7th April 2026. This is almost half of my phone charge which takes sometimes hours to charge. 

Me who write this physically was able to powerup my phone and get in on again at 2% charge at 5.17pm also on Tuesday 7th April 2026. 

This was done intentionally to prevent timely completion on a post relating to the Rwandan Genocide.

Hackers and rogue security agents made the first inside recycled water reading for Monday 6th April 2026 upside down. The report was prepared on Tuesday 7th April 2026. The intent of that shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

The entire typographical and or grammatical attack by hackers and rogue security agents as relates this specific post is completely premeditated and has been used to facilitate spiritual and or psychological genocide. 

As me who write this physically was writing this there have been no less than 3 very loud and intentional screen door hitting and slamming noises from the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound. This was written at after 9am on Wednesday 8th, April 2026.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance.- 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants.
