MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK


Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On this day there were no less than 647 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 550

Intentional deletion of text. 

Intentional typing. 

The hackers and rogue security agents made some of the uploads on the blogpost appear at other parts of the screen and not at the points of upload. This causes time waste and makes report preparation more arduous. 




Disabling of 32 GB memory card which occurred on 11th April 2026 and was reported on 12th April 2026. That is still not enabled and needs to be enabled. This is illegal and has a cost disadvantage as it contains my intellectual and other work. Those who disabled the 32 GB memory card are responsible for this. Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner. The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

Hackers and rogue security agents intentionally imposed a pop-up on Twitter X App even though the permissions are appropriate in the settings. This was between 1.39am and 2.09am on Saturday 18th April, 2026.



Hackers and rogue security agents did this again at 3.58am on Saturday 18th April, 2026 in order to try to prevent me who write this physically from posting some of the Practical Water Conservation report information prior to 4am this morning. The intent of this shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 





At after 9am, the hackers and rogue security agents have imposed another pop-up which has prevented me who write this physically from posting an important tweet prior to 9.18am. This is unjust and in no way permitted by me who write this physically. 


At 9.26am the following was showing despite the settings are in order. 


After recomposing the post in the compose page again at 9.29am the hackers and rogue security agents imposed the same pop-up which is not permitted by me who write this through any means, manner or form. 



The following shows that hackers and rogue security agents are not allowing me to complete my data prior to loading another one. This effectively means me who write this physically do not get the complete value of data for browsing. Certainly it is possible to purchase more data while there is still existing data but that is at discretion and free choice. This situation refers to a situation that is imposed. Even with 44.86 MB it was not feasible to browse until reload. 


Data Upload of 230 MB at 2.39am on Saturday 18th April, 2026 



Hackers and rogue security agents imposing another intentional pop-up on my other phone which does not allow operating the phone without responding to the pop-up. This is illegal and wrong. Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner. 
The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. This is at 9am. 
This is unjust and in no way permitted by me who write this physically. 



At after 10am despite having 69.48 MB the hackers and rogue security agents did not allow a blogpost to save which required loading another 110 MB to solve that from 100 Naira credit. This is illegal and wrong. 




Hackers and rogue security agents intentionally made the inside recycled water reading upside down. This was for the Practical Water Conservation report for Friday 17th April 2026. This required making another video which was right side up. This causes waste of time. 



Hackers and rogue security agents made the internal storage go to 0 MB. They have done this a number of times prior. Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner. The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. After 10pm on Saturday, 18th April 2026.



SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance.- 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants.
