AGGRESSIVE SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEAD ATTACKS AGAINST ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY

There have been aggressive, violent spiritual and or psychological head swallowing, capture and tying attack murders against me who write this physically by perpetrators from outside this compound, that is the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

The perpetrators are wearing pure very dark coloured waistcoats and and pure single colour light inner vests. 

This is a very destructive attack also tearing pieces of my head aggressively. 

Some aggressive force also compelled sleep twice after 12am to 3am and sometime prior to 7am. The latter attack is causing serious fatigue and tiredness all through my physique. 

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.

The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

These are spiritual and or psychological attacks and not a physical attacks, but caused me who write this physically biological pains and discomfort in my physique.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
