SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL OBJECT ATTACK AT ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY SHOWING A LOCATION AND A SPIRITUAL AND OR PSYCHOLOGICAL HEAD SMASHING ATTACK MURDER AGAINST ME WHO WRITE THIS PHYSICALLY

Prior to 7.30am


This mornning after 7am there was a spiritual and or psychological aggressive and violent attack against me who write this physically on my entire physique and showing a location. 

This is a very destructive attack and also an implication attack. 

This attack was thwarted as best as feasible. 

This attack is from outside this compound, the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound. 

Prior to that, there was a spiritual and or psychological head smashing attack against me who write this physically from the above mentioned compound as well as over the left side of the front fence of this compound. 

The image of a very important personality was shown as well.

Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.

The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

These are spiritual and or psychological attacks and not physical attacks but were felt biologically by me who write this physically and the head smashing attack has caused me who write this physically a biological headache which is getting intense.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
