Spiritual and or psychological sharp object murder assassination attack in the stomach of me who write this physically. This has caused the immediate spiritual and or psychological death of me who write this physically which has considerable impact.

This was felt biologically by me who write this physically as it occurred as a sharp biological sensation.

These are spiritual and or psychological attacks and not physical attacks but some caused me who write this physically biological pains. 

It is important to legally and accurately determine in a timely manner if there are any associations between the perpetrators of the attacks and the images imposed during the attacks.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
