MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On this day there were no less than 648 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

Disruptions in the use of my mobile phone - 550

Intentional typing. 

Disabling of 32 GB memory card which occurred on 11th April 2026 and was reported on 12th April 2026. That is still not enabled and needs to be enabled. This is illegal and has a cost disadvantage as it contains my intellectual and other work. Those who disabled the 32 GB memory card are responsible for this. Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner. The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

The hackers and rogue security agents made some of the uploads on the blogpost appear at other parts of the screen and not at the points of upload. This causes time waste and makes report preparation more arduous.

Hackers and rogue security agents intentionally prevented me who write this physically from accessing the pictures of the outside water reading by making the pictures not open which would enable expansion for better quality reading. This made it arduous to post the best picture prior to 4am. However the video from the posting prior to 4am is adequate to make an accurate and legal reading determination.

PUSH NOTIFICATION

A push notification is a clickable message sent by an app or website to a user's mobile device or desktop, appearing on the lock screen or notification center even when the app is not actively in use.

It is important to make it clear that push notifications which show on a mobile phone screen usually appear while something is being viewed or done on that mobile phone screen. If a screen recording is being done at a specific time and a push notification just flashes, then it is not the fault of the person screen recording a personal phone that the push notification flashed across the top of the screen. The screen recording is to record specific information at that same time. Therefore, whoever flashes their push notifications on someone else's mobile phone cannot expect to punish or have that person punished for screen recording the person's own mobile screen as the push notifications flashed across. Punishing a person for that is very wrong and illegal. It is also important to make it clear that my observation is that some people and or entities intentionally flash their push notifications at specific times on mobile phone screens.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

Intentional destruction of my mobile phone screen on Saturday 25th April 2026 which was just some weeks old. - 1

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance.- 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1 

There have been two more intentional black markings made on my phone. This was observed conclusively on Wednesday 21st January 2026. - 2

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.

Me who write this physically have the legal right to use my mobile devices with adequate legal protection.

Malicious prosecution is knowingly and with malicious intent initiating litigation against another.

SAYING NO IN MY BRAIN

Person saying NO in my brain from left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound. This is not allowing me to think. This is illegal and very inhumane. This is precarious to my mental health. This sounds like a tape or audio recording.
