PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION


Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report. 

Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container.

There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  

Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants. 

The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 42.199 Litres. 



  

The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 58.058 Litres. 

The first image shows the actual reading. The second image is necessary because the volume of recycled water exceeds the reading prior to the last visible reading of 60 liters. This is to make the reading determination accurate and legally feasible. 




 

The amount of water recycled and conserved is 42.199 Litres + 58.058 Litres = approximately 100.257 Litres.

If this water were not in this way it would go straight to the gutter and then to the ground outside the building but within the compound.
