MOBILE DEVICE ATTACK

Another very serious attack is a physical technological attack on my mobile device. This frustrates my using my mobile device especially while working, listening to programmes for instance. On this day there were no less than 687 disruptions in the use of my mobile device using some external technological and or physical means. This is not only a gross contravention of my fundamental Human rights it is also expressly illegal and unconstitutional.

This is a serious crime and illegality and those perpetuating this illegality need to be made known legally and accurately in timely manner.

Me who write this physically need increased protection from this illegality.

Things that were done are as below:

The hackers and rogue security agents made some of the uploads on the blogpost appear at other parts of the screen and not at the points of upload. This causes time waste and makes report preparation more arduous.

INTENTIONAL DISTRACTION AND DISRUPTION

This morning while me who write this physically was in the parlour at prior to 3am a resident also went to the parlour and left a few minutes prior to 3am. Immediately after there began aggressive and violent spiritual and or psychological head smashing and slamming attacks of me head on a wall in this residence with some long nails spiritually and or psychologically. This has occurred no less than 10 times causing me who write this physically a biological headache which is getting intense. This caused a serious distraction because each head smashing was felt biologically by me who write this physically. 

At 3.06am me who write this physically made the post and immediately the time switched to 3.07am. This is done intentionally by hackers and rogue security agents and is an adjustment of the time to the next minute to ensure posting at 3.07am. 

There was intense spiritual and or psychological pressure attack on me who write this physically by the hackers and the rogue security agents. 

Immediately me who write this physically discovered that me who write this physically switched off the data but the two tweets still posted. This is strange because this was within, perhaps, under 2 seconds. Two tweets don't post that fast on this phone not even recently. The hackers and rogue security agents did this to ensure that the posting was at 3.07am for both parts of the tweet thread. 

This was certainly premeditated and is a culmination of the considerable number of disruptions and attacks in preparing the recommendation. 

It is my opinion that there is nothing wrong with making a post at 3.07am but because of aggressive attacks me who write this physically do not make posts at that time. Me who write this physically once had a vehicle which was called 307 and do not feel that posting at this time is in any way wrong and or illegal. But since there has been unmitigated aggression against me who write this physically, spiritually and or psychologically with biological impacts as well as technologically it is important that me who write this physically do as much to legally protect myself as feasible from those who perpetrate such against me who write this physically.

At 3.55am this morning hackers and rogue security agents intentionally prevented me who write this physically from making likes on posts that were posted by illegally logging me out of my Twitter X App account.

They wanted to prevent the Practical Water Conservation report from being posted as well but me who write this physically posted as much as was feasible.

At 5am me who write this physically was able to like the tweets posted at 3.12am this morning. Me who write this physically also intended to like the tweets posted at 3.55am as well.

However after logging back into my account me who write this physically discovered that the drafts were wiped off entirely which should not be the situation and only 2 out of 7 tweets posted at 3.55am were shown to have posted.

However when making the likes at 5am me who write this physically completed the 3.12am tweets by 5am and itended to complete the two remaining tweets after reposting the 5 posts that did not show to post. However in the process of completing the likes of the tweets of 3.12am me who write this liked a tweet from 3.55am which did not show prior to that time. This means that the hackers and rogue security agents knew that the 7 tweets posted and hid five of the tweets and when me who write this physically was making likes they put not just two posts from 3.55am but 3 more as well that is posts to 3 more sets of addresses. Therefore me who write this physically tried to complete these likes within 5.01am. However to my surprise even though the tweets were just 5 posts now and not 7 posts as usual the time switched to 5.02am on making the last like. This is strange because even after making likes on 7 posts there are still some seconds left. What the hackers and rogue security agents did again is the same as earlier in the morning. They made the time to switch to 5.02am earlier than it should have. They changed the tweets showing from 2 to 5 to not only confuse and try to precipitate error but also to have those figures of 5 and 2 in the report thinking that me who write this physically may not want to raise the like at 5.02am.

It is my opinion that the entire 7 tweets posted successfully. What is concerning is that the hackers and rogue security agents can keep tweets clearly and completely posted and hide them and then show them in part or completely when they want. This is precarious. 

It is also my opinion that making a post at 5.02am is not wrong and is perfectly legal. 

These actions of the hackers and rogue security are completely wrong and illegal and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form.

Every single person and entity responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner.

My mobile phone was still charging very slowly. This is done intentionally by hackers and rogue security agents.

SOME DAMAGES TO SOME OF MY MOBILE PHONES

While me who write this physically slept off in the parlour on Sunday 7th June 2026, the resident intentionally cracked my brand new phone screen in one place and then another place in large cracks. This phone screen was just purchased on 4th June 2026. This is evil, cruel, unjust and illegal. - 2.

Hackers and rogue security agents leveraged specialised capacities to impose forced sleep attack on me who write this physically in the morning of Thursday 4th June 2026 during which time my phone fell. Me who write this physically slept for over 15 minutes. Another observation is that the overhead water tank was left running intentionally even though filled up causing perhaps over 1,000 Litres of wasted water. The water was splashing into where me who write this physically had been preparing and was about to complete the preparation of an important recommendation. If me who write this physically spill some drops of water they kill me spiritually and or to psychologically or impose some other disadvantage. A regular instance of Apartheid. 

However the screen damage is very much as prior attacks which makes it clear that the fall did not make the screen non-functional but the hackers and rogue security agents did that. The screen was removed and changed with a brand new screen in the evening of the same day. However the photographs of the damaged screen were taken in the early morning and later morning hours of Friday 5th June 2026. - 1

The camera lens protectors of my phone have been removed as seen in the photograph. However this has occurred prior to the 24th May 2026. The report of this is made on Thursday 28th May 2026. - 2

Disabling of 32 GB memory card which occurred on 11th April 2026 and was reported on 12th April 2026. That is still not enabled and needs to be enabled. This is illegal and has a cost disadvantage as it contains my intellectual and other work. Those who disabled the 32 GB memory card are responsible for this. Every single person responsible for this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner. The entire intent of this is made known legally and accurately in a timely manner and shall not prevail through any means, manner or form. 

It has been well over 32 days since this memory card was disabled by hackers and rogue security agents which means that it has not been available for usage by me who write this physically. This has also prevented me who write this physically from accessing the data on it for this time period which is unjust and illegal. These are my legal works, legal evidence and other information.

My phone screen was made non-functional by hackers and rogue security agents but was not cracked or physically damaged. This can be seen from the Mobile Device attack report for MDA015912052026 on Tuesday 12th May 2026 as follows:

'Hackers and rogue security agents have spoilt the screen of my other phone using some remote technology. However this device attack is from inside this compound and the left adjacent compound when looking at the front entrance of this compound from inside this compound is separated from this compound with a concrete wall with no building built with and touching the concrete wall fence. It is the only fence that has no building built with and touching it in this compound.

This has now been done to no less than 6 phones of mine since year 2024.'

However on Friday 15th May 2026 me who write this physically observed that the phone screen had been physically smashed as can be seen in the immediate picture above. This is done from inside this compound with support from outside this compound. They did this to ensure that a new screen would need to be purchased which is quite expensive for me who write this physically. This would be the second phone screen intentionally smashed from inside this residence in recent weeks. - 1

Intentional destruction of my mobile phone screen on Saturday 25th April 2026 which was just some weeks old. - 1

Some parts of the screen of one of my phones is still disabled and non-responsive after trying to fix that on one and then another instance.- 1

Intentional breaking of screen guard for new mobile phone screen even while in the packet. This was observed earlier but would now be included in phone damages. - 1

Lines showing on my phone screen with screen appearing quite faint. This has been observed for some days and is very clear will require a new phone screen. The phone was purchased in October 2025 with a perfectly functioning screen. This is done by hackers and rogue security agents using sophisticated technology. - 1

This crime needs to be legally determined to the source of the crime and legally prevented from attacking my mobile device forthwith.
