OPINION

LEGALLY AND ACCURATELY DETERMINING THE ROOT REASON FOR A CONFLICT 

It is my opinion that when trying to solve a quandary, it is most important to legally and accurately ascertain the real issue and the genuine people responsible for that situation. Then a proper solution can be developed to resolve the problem.

It is my opinion that the real intention of those genuinely responsible for the war between Russia and Ukraine is for the war to never end.

Solving the war challenge would best be feasible if this cardinal objective is clearly understood. It makes everything look different and puts everything into proper perspective.

It also affects risk analysis and mitigation.

This is because risk analysis and mitigation are precedent on problem identification and determination. With this perspective, what matters most in negotiations changes. Scenario building changes. Cost planning changes. Impact assessment changes. Legal implications change. Capacity for containment changes.

Most importantly, the time in which it is perceived that the problem can be solved also changes. The level of urgency changes. The likelihood is that the problem requires a more urgent legal approach to solve.

PWC015710052026 SUNDAY 10th May 2026 PRACTICAL WATER CONSERVATION Me who write this physically completed the water usage for recycling in the kitchen assessment which is made available here in this report.  Due to challenges using the pipe leading to the outside water container, the water from inside the kitchen was poured into the outside container using a container with the recycled water brought from the kitchen to the outside container. There was also some water kept in a basin in the kitchen.  Some water was used from a container to water some plants. Recycled water was also used to water some plants.  The amount of water recycled and conserved outside the kitchen is 15.987  Litres.   The amount of water recycled and conserved inside the kitchen basin is approximately 7.119 Litres.    The amount of water recycled and conserved is   15.987   Litres + 7.119 Litres = approximately 23.106   Litres.
